Subject Specialist Teacher at MLD/SLD/ASD School



Description:   Subject Specialists for MLD/SLD/ASD School
We are urgently recruiting on behalf of a secondary Special school that caters for pupils with moderate and severe learning difficulties and also has a separate base for pupils on the Autistic Spectrum. Pupils have a very broad spectrum of learning needs as well and associated behavioural difficulties. The school services a low socio economic area and although pupils are from a wide geographical area, many are from adverse social backgrounds.
The school is a wonderful example of a well established, organised and well run school.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a SEN environment, but application from strong mainstream teacher with the right attitude will also be very welcome!
Particularly desirable would be subject specialists in Maths, Science, English, Design Tech or Food tech.
