Design & Technology Teacher



Description:   I am looking for an enthusiastic Teacher of D/T to work in a fantastic Community driven school. This is a Long term post to start immediately, so candidates must be available ASAP. You will need to be a qualified design technology teacher with experience of working in U.K schools.

This school has a clear sense of direction, a positive drive for achievement and has achieved national recognition for the way that all students are exceptionally well prepared for adult life. They have a happy and purposeful atmosphere and students are confident and valued. Students are encouraged to have a strong belief in their ability and to work hard for success in all areas. They benefit from their involvement in a wide range of challenges and opportunities in academic, cultural and sporting pursuits.

The successful candidate will provide technical and classroom support to teaching and learning. Applicants should have a working knowledge of resistant materials and general workshop maintenance. Training will be offered to a suitable candidate.
