I am in need of a number of band 7 MRI radiographers in the London area. You must have at least 2 years experience working as an MRI Radiographer and you must be HPCP registered with at least 1 years radiography experience within the NHS.

Who we are looking for:

As a radiographer will be HPC registered with a BSc (Hons) or equivalent in Radiography. Post graduate experience as a qualified Radiographer is essential with NHS Experience also desirable. You will be up to date with clinical developments within Radiology and be able to demonstrate continual professional development. You will have excellent communication skills and will help to develop positive working relationships with our consultant users. You will be computer literate and able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will have a flexible and positive approach to your work. As well as this, you will have the ability to apply clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied cases.

As a Candidate Resourcer, your tasks will include Sourcing Candidates through Adverts/Headhunting/CV Searches, Candidate Referrals and Inactive Database contacts. You will need to speak to the potential candidates and telephone interview them for suitable roles within the division – so excellent communication skills and confidence on the telephone is key.

In addition to the above, you will also be required to;
• Generate candidates
• Manage the candidates
• Format CV’s
• Upload Details onto Database

Typically, you\'ll be carrying out these types of duties every day:
• Sourcing candidates
• Network and advertise to potential candidates
• Headhunt Candidates
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies

The ideal candidate should:
