To work within the Medicines Safety Team (MST) and assist the Clinical Lead Pharmacist (Medicines Safety Governance) to deliver medicines safety and governance objectives throughout the trust.
The post-holder will be assigned key responsibilities from the MST work-plan for implementation across the organisation.
To assist in the provision and development of leading edge clinical pharmacy services for inpatients, outpatients and day patients and other users of services provided by the pharmacy service.
