Job Description

We are currently recruiting a team of Support Workers to work in one of our supported living schemes in Braintree, Supporting service users with Learning Disabilities and Complex Mental Health. Daily duties will include, but not limited to, Giving and Prompting all aspects of personal care, domestic duties, supporting the client out in the community.

We have a variety of different shift patterns available however the ideal candidate will be available for mainly long days.

For this role, we are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 6 months experience working with people with complex mental health needs. Breakaway or intervention training is preferred but is not essential as there are opportunities to up skill.

Job Requirments -

- Experience working in a care environment (6 months minimum)
- Prompting / Giving all aspects of Personal Care
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the service
- Punctual & Reliable
- 1:1 and 2:1 Support
